El Pueblo Historical Monument has issued a Request for Proposals to operate a "Mexican-themed" shop on Olvera Street. Two spaces are currently available for a five-year, plus five year extension lease: Space C-27 at 75 square feet and Space C-28 at 74 square feet. The successful proposer should have an eye for developing a colorful display with a diverse product line. The deadline to submit a proposal is September 12, 2018 at 3:00 pm.
