El Pueblo Historical Monument has retail spaces available for lease through a Request for Proposal process.
Space E-5 is a small restaurant opportunity that will lease for a 3 year + 3 year extension period (BAVN ID 36726); Space W-19A is a nice retail space with private restroom that will lease for a 5 year + 5 year extension period (BAVN ID 36725); and, Space K-6 is a small retail puesto that is situated on the plaza, which will be offered on a month-to-month basis (BAVN ID 36715).
